Greetings! Thank you for your interest in becoming a
member of the Society for In Vitro Biology.

SIVB membership is based on a calendar year (January 1 – December 31). Members receive online access to one journal (either In Vitro Cellular and Developmental Biology – Animal or – Plant), the In Vitro Report Newsletter , discounts on annual meeting registration, reduced rates for using the SIVB Job Board, and more. Multi-year memberships are available as indicated below.

To join the SIVB, please choose an available Member Type from the table below and click on the button. Available membership types for new members are Regular, Post Doc, Student, or Life Membership. If you are uncertain which Member Type you should choose, please contact the SIVB Business Office at 410-969-7940 or sivb@sivb.org.

If you are a renewing SIVB member, please follow the instructions sent to you with your renewal prompt or log in using the credentials which you have already created. Once logged in, you can edit your profile, check your membership status, renew your membership, or purchase items from our store. If you need any assistance, please contact us at the SIVB Business Office.

If you have previously purchased an item from SIVB's website, you will notice as you progress through the membership renewal process that things look a little different. This site is a work-in-progress, and some visual elements may change over the next few months. However, please rest assured knowing that you are still receiving the same quality service and excellent benefits of membership in the Society.
